Security and privacy

Your data is yours. Our AI works for you, not with your information for others.

Your knowledge is one of your company's most valuable assets. At O-Lab AI we treat it that way. Turn documents, processes and internal know-how into simulators, training videogames and AI tutors, with controls that protect your organization's information.

Your data is not used to train AI models. Your content stays under your organization's control.

Our commitment

  • Your information does not train AI models
  • It is never shared with other customers
  • Encryption in transit
  • Role-based access and publishing control

01 · Our AI uses your content to help you, not to learn from it and share it with others.

Your information does not train AI models.

When you upload a manual, a policy or a procedure to O-Lab AI, the purpose is to use that information to create the experiences you ask for.

Our AI works with your knowledge. It does not keep it to train other models.

What this means

  • We do not train models with your data. Your documents and content are not used to train or improve our own or third-party AI models.
  • Your information is not shared with other customers. Your organization's content is never built into other companies' experiences.
  • Your knowledge stays yours. O-Lab does not take ownership of the documents and materials you upload.
  • You decide what gets published. Generated experiences can be reviewed and adjusted before they are made available to users.
02 · Security from storage to transmission.

Your information, protected in our infrastructure.

Data protection does not stop when you close the platform.

That is why our security architecture includes controls to protect information while it is transmitted, stored and accessed.

  • Data encryption

We protect communication with our services through encrypted connections, reducing the risk of information being exposed in transit.

  • Cloud infrastructure

We run our services on managed technology infrastructure, together with security and resource management mechanisms.

  • Controlled access

Permissions are managed through roles, so access to information follows authorized responsibilities.

  • Protected environments

The platform's infrastructure and components are managed to protect information against unauthorized access and other threats.

There is no such thing as absolute security. Our commitment is to manage risk responsibly and keep strengthening our protection measures.

03 · Artificial intelligence with clear limits.

AI does not need to share your knowledge to make it useful.

O-Lab AI uses artificial intelligence to help you generate content, scenarios, characters and training experiences.

Along the way, AI services may need to process the information required to answer a request. That does not mean they should use it to train their models.

We draw a clear line between processing information to deliver a service and using it to train artificial intelligence.

Processing to deliver the service

Your content is used to answer your request and build the experience you ask for.

Training models

Our policy for enterprise AI services is that customer content is not used to train models.

When third-party providers are involved, data processing and retention terms must be backed by their applicable agreements and configurations.

04 · Control over your learning experiences.

You decide who accesses your content.

The content an organization builds in O-Lab can include internal knowledge, operating processes and proprietary training materials.

That is why user and permission management is a core part of security.

  • Role-based management

Grant access according to each user's role.

  • Publishing control

Your team can review and approve content before it is published.

  • Experience management

Manage the simulators, tutors and materials available to your teams.

  • Organizational privacy

A company's internal content should never become available to other organizations just because they use the same platform.

05 · From creation to content management.

Your company stays in control.

  • Your documents

You keep the applicable rights to the original materials you share.

  • Your experiences

You can review and edit generated content to fit your processes, procedures and needs.

  • Your users

Your organization manages its employees' participation and the access available under the contracted service.

  • Your data

Retention, export and deletion of information are handled under the applicable service terms and legal obligations.

The platform is ours. Your organization's knowledge stays yours.

06 · We understand enterprise requirements.

Built for organizations that take security seriously.

We work with organizations across sectors, including industries where information protection, internal procedures and compliance matter most.

We know that adopting an enterprise platform also involves IT, Information Security, Legal and Procurement teams.

That is why our team can support your technical and contractual review, including:

  • Architecture and infrastructure
  • Data handling and AI providers
  • Access controls
  • Encryption and storage
  • Data retention and deletion

No. An organization's private content should not be available to other customers. Access is managed according to the service's permissions and configuration.

Where is our information stored?

Information is hosted and processed on the infrastructure used by O-Lab and its technology providers. We can share the details that apply to your contracted implementation during the technical review.

Can third-party AI providers use our data?

The enterprise service policy requires that customer data is not used to train models. The applicable providers, agreements and configurations must respect this condition.

Can we delete our data?

You can request deletion of information in line with the available functionality, contractual terms and applicable legal obligations, including any retention policies that apply.

Who can access our content?

Your organization's authorized users, and only the staff or providers who need access for legitimate service functions, subject to the corresponding authorizations and obligations.

Your knowledge. Your rules. Your opportunities.

We bring the technology to turn it into experiences that build real skills.
