What exactly is O-Lab?
A platform that turns your own material — a manual, an SOP, a policy, a deck — into simulations and games where your team practices real decisions, with an AI tutor alongside them while they do it.
How long does a course take to build?
Minutes. You give O-Lab a document, a role or a policy and the AI turns it into a simulation that is ready to use. You review, edit and publish: the heavy lifting is done by the time you sit down to look at it.
Does it work with the LMS we already have?
Yes. Keep your current stack and add gamified content to it, or use O-Lab as your whole LMS/LXP. Both paths are supported and the decision is not irreversible.
